We pride ourselves on our personal touch, so if you prefer to speak to someone directly to book your appointment, then please don't hesitate to contact Helen, our clinic administrator on 07507660757 who can get your appointment booked in for you on the phone.
If this is your first time booking an appointment with us, Helen will usually give you a call so we can ensure that we have all the relevant information ahead of your appointment, as well as answer any questions you might have about the appointment.
Please note that appointments are currently with Dr Catherine Taylor and Dr Rachael Chrystal. If you have previously seen Dr Zoe Hodson, your care will be passed over to either Dr Catherine or Dr Rachael whilst Zoe is on sick leave.
Payment will be taken at the time of booking. If you are booking a follow up appointment and prefer to make payment nearer to the time of your appointment, you can contact Helen to book your appointment directly and we can arrange for payment to be taken 48 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations and reschedules: As a small clinic, late cancellations and reschedules pose an increasing challenge, as it is tricky for us to fill appointments at late notice. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by phone, email or via the link in your confirmation email up to 48 business hours before your appointment start time (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays). After this we will not be able to offer any refunds, and payment for the full cost of your appointment will be due if not already paid. If you are unable to attend at short notice, we do offer the option to convert your appointment to a telephone call (at no additional charge). Thank you for your understanding.

Confirmation emails: Please note that booking confirmation emails may go into your junk email box. You should receive an email on booking your appointment which will contain your link to access the video appointment- if you don't receive this then please do let us know.
