What to expect when booking your appointment
Once your appointment is booked you will be sent links to complete your pre-consultation questionnaires, which allow us to ensure we have the relevant health information about you and enable you to get the most out of your consultation.
If this is your first appointment with us, Helen will give you a call ahead of your appointment to make sure we have all the relevant information and to answer any questions you may have.
For video consultations: Our video consultations take place using a secure medical video platform called Semble. You will be sent a link to access this by email after you have booked. You can access this via your internet browser and don’t need to download any software. This tends to work best on a computer/laptop or ipad but you can also use your smartphone.
Payment will be taken at the time of booking for new patient appointments. Payment for follow up appointments will be taken 48 hours prior to your appointment from the card we hold on file for you.
